Card-pocket passport cover

This card-pocket passport cover offers inspiration for your own passport cover project. Lunburg manufactures from your design or helps you develop your own through our private-label service.

This burgundy bookfold cover has a plain outer face, rounded corners and perimeter stitching. A narrow sewn strip sits beside the fold on the opposite closed face.

Inside, a tall retaining sleeve faces four tiered card openings. A larger opening sits behind the card bank, and a sewn join runs through the centre.

Share your design or describe the passport cover you want to create. Your brief guides discussion of cover dimensions, document requirements, card layout and retaining sleeves, together with leather, colour, finish, stitching and branding. Lining, blind debossing and foil stamping can be discussed where relevant to your design. Final specifications and packaging are agreed for your project.
